If you need to cancel or change an order scheduled for pickup, please contact info@primeshrimp.com at least 24 hours before the pickup date.

 There won't be special deliveries, nor pickup dates outside the defined dates and times.

“We can no longer accommodate any pickups outside of the fulfillment window on Friday. If you do not pick up your shrimp in the available time provided, your shrimp will be returned to the warehouse and you will be refunded the full amount. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

 

We won't accept cash or checks during the pickup. All orders should be place online. 

• Returns must be made during regular pickup hours. Email info@primeshrimp.com to state the reason for the return and the date upon which you will return the product. Bring back whatever you have left, and you’ll get a full refund. The product needs to be in the original Prime Shrimp bag. If ten calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
